About me

Hello fellow humans and friends.

My given name is Shabana. It originates from the Persian word ‘Shab’, meaning night, or belonging to the night. I’ve learned over the years that just as sunlight carries us through our days, night is where our deeper selves, our souls, come alive.

I’m a Coach, Ritual Facilitator, and Storyteller.

I walk with humans through transitions, the liminal spaces of becoming, where life is asking something new of them. It’s when the older self is no longer serving, and the newer self has not yet taken form. I walk alongside as a companion and guide. I create space for you to access clarity, healing, direction and wisdom from within yourself.

I support you on themes of personal, ancestral, and cultural healing; coming into conscious relationship with inner and outer nature; aligning with your life purpose; and navigating career transitions. I weave together decolonial psyche-somatic approaches, rituals, songs, drumming, intuitive listening, imagination and mindfulness. I also offer plant medicine integration support and working with dreams.

For context, my recent ancestors are Pamiri/Wakhi people, an indigenous, nomadic, Eastern Iranian ethnic group from the Pamir mountains, known as ‘the roof of the world’ in Central Asia.

I’d love to hear from you. Reach out anytime.

With love and care,
Shabana 🤍🍀✨🌊
